    Faqs

We will never check your credit. As long as you make your monthly payment you are free to use the property for recreation.

Yes, we offer owner financing with 0% interest.

Absolutely! We do not charge any early pay off fees.

It depends on whether the property is located in an HOA. We will disclose this in the "Property Details" section of the property page.

Absolutely! The only restriction from the county is "no more than 14 consecutive days per year". This is to discourage living on the property without the proper permits.

We can have a conversation about any improvements you wish to do but we highly encourage our customers to use what money they would spend on improvements to pay the property off faster. That way any unforeseen life events don't cause you to lose the property with the improvements you have added. Once the deed is in your name what you do with the property is between you and the county.

The document processing fee is $249. This includes the contract, deed, and affidavit of value preparation as well as the filing of the deed and affidavit with the county.
